Write a research paper based on one of the leadership approaches we’ve studied or a leadership-related topic.The research paper is to be on any theory, style, or model tied to leadership (you may have selected another topic of interest related to leadership). You must cite examples and describe implications the leadership approach has on an organization. This paper should be based on a review of the literature. A minimum of 5 journal articles and/or books need to be used in preparation for writing the paper.Submission Instructions:The paper is to be clear and concise, and you will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.The paper is to be no shorter than 8 pages nor longer than 12 pages in length. The 8-page minimum does not include the title page, reference page, or any diagrams, graphs, tables, pictures, charts, etc., that are not pure written text. The paper must follow current APA style (Times New Roman 12-point font, double-spaced, one-inch margins, a title page and reference page). You will automatically lose points if these limits are not followed.Use your name as the running header for all pages and as the file document title.A minimum of 5 journal articles and/or books need to be used in preparation for writing the paper. All journal articles, media, and books should be referenced according to APA style (the library has a copy of the APA Manual).
